Chelsea is great! My kids love her. She's responsible and stays in contact with me and always asks questions while with the kids to make sure they're allowed to have certain snacks or do certain activities. She is also assertive to help with cleaning which seems rare these days! She also checks in with me to let me know that she's got a low-key week in case I need some extra help.
