About Chelsea

Hi! My name is Chelsea and I'm a 26-year-old Client Services Manager at a home healthcare agency with a degree in Family/Human Sciences and Social Work. In addition, my studies were concentrated in the geriatric population. I currently work managing home health aides and the care of patient's at a well known home healthcare agency. I spent almost over a year caring for my elderly grandmother as her primary caregiver during the progression of her Dementia/Alzheimer's as well as end of life/hospice care. I have worked in nursing home settings before as well and am extremely comfortable with senior care. I am here to be a companion to your loved one as well as an aide in anything that might make activities of daily living easier for them. Working with seniors is a passion of mine and I want to be there to make a difference in your loved ones life.
