About Marveli

Marvel worked for us for a few months. She helped my father with dementia who is completely dependent After a while, she started taking days off for various things, which really did not work for my father who needed someone to be there everyday. We continued with her but then she started bring her child with her to the job every time the child did not have school and refused to hire a babysitter. My mom, in her 70's had to babysit which is unacceptable and unprofessional. Dependability is not Marvel's strong suits. Recently, she took time off because her daughter was ill. we understood and did our best to find help. A second week went by and she said she was sick. Again, we were left to scramble for help and it became quite an issue. she simply did not show up for 2 and half weeks.After multiple times contacting her, she told us she is looking for a different job, never giving us any notice or time to find a replacement to help with my father.Unreliable and unprofessional
