About Chelsea

Hello! My name is Chelsea. I am a certified early childhood educator and a former Montessori lead classroom teacher with over 10 years of experience working with children both in-home and in classroom settings. Supporting the growth and development of children has always been my true passion. I have had the opportunity to work with children of all ages, and I find it deeply meaningful to be part of their learning journey. Witnessing their progress--academically, socially, and emotionally--is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. I also greatly value the unique perspective children bring to the world; their imagination, creativity, and curiosity inspire me every day. Whether I am teaching, mentoring, or caring for a child, I am committed to making a positive and lasting impact. I strive to create nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environments where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to thrive.
