About Chelsea

My job as a speech-language pathologist has allowed me to work with children with diverse needs in both 1:1 and group settings. I love playing games, reading books, and spending time outdoors with the children I care for. My childcare philosophy is based in proactive behavior management (rewarding good behaviors). I have over 15 years experience providing personal sitter/nanny services to children ages 4-months to 14-years. I am CPR/BLS certified. I have experience caring for multiple children within a family, caring for sick children, caring for pets, and completing household tasks/errands. I currently work full-time as a speech therapist, but am available for afternoon, evening, and weekend positions.
