About Chelsea

Dedicated to child-led caregiving at every age, I believe autonomy and respect are key to raising happy and healthy kids. I curate peaceful and patient environments by setting children up for success, nurturing agency, and validating feelings. My natural style of caregiving closely aligns with Montessori and is rooted in mindfulness. With over a decade of in-home nanny experience, I am extremely confident in my ability to help raise kind, confident, and curious children. As a home chef I work with families to create weekly menus and individual meals that fit a variety of diets and tastes.
