About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily. Caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. Growing up, my mom ran an in-home daycare for about 15 years, and as I got older I would often help her with the kids. I've also spent a lot of time helping care for my nieces and nephews, so being around children of different ages is something I'm very comfortable with. I enjoy creating a calm, safe, and fun environment where kids can feel comfortable and be themselves. I'm patient, reliable, and attentive, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with children whether that's playing, helping with routines, or just keeping them company. Right now I'm looking for a laid-back, part-time position during the week. I'm currently in school, so I'm unavailable on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I'm flexible on other weekdays.
