About Chelcea

I am a dedicated and passionate educator with an Associate's Degree in Elementary Education and 6 years of hands-on teaching experience. For 3 years, I was paid to help homeschool my cousin's children, and I have spent another 3 years homeschooling and teaching my own daughter -- giving me a well-rounded, real-world understanding of what it takes to help children thrive academically at home. I have worked with children across a wide range of ages and skill levels, from preschool all the way through 5th grade. One of my greatest strengths is recognizing that every child learns differently. I take the time to understand each child's unique learning style and adapt my approach so that lessons are engaging, effective, and fun. Whether your child needs help building foundational skills, catching up in a subject, or staying ahead, I would love to support them on their learning journey.
