I'd describe my personality as bubbly, kind, and compassionate! I like working with kids because it is a job that brings me joy in a way no other work does. I've done it for a long time starting from an early age, and it has its challenges, but it's worth it. I'm looking for a job that can be relatively flexible as I peruse my masters. That being said, I'm willing to negotiate times and find out what works best for the family. I started working with kids when I was 13. I've worked as a TA, counselor, teacher, and babysitter for 8 years now. In my spare time, I like to make music, play games, read books, go on hikes and bike rides, and work in the garden. One thing you should know about me is I do identify as nonbinary and use they/them pronouns. I bring a lot of experience for children of various needs, and am respectful of all family types/dynamics, religions, identities and backgrounds. My skills include patience, communication, safety awareness, creativity, and empathy.
