I have worked directly with children for over 20 years while working in a local school district. Most recently I have been driving students with a company . They provide transportation for students not currently assigned to a bus route. In order to qualify as a driver I have gone through a rigorous background check, fingerprinted, annual car inspections, CPR/First Aid certified and a medical evaluation as well. I worked as a Teacher Assistant in both a 1st and 3rd grade class in 2023-24. I also spent a school year providing transportation for two students to their after school activities and home. Having spent the majority of my years working with children tells a lot about me and where my heart is.
