About Annika

My name is Annika, and I have 10+ years of experience in childcare. My love for children started when I went on a missions trip to Port Au Prince, Haiti. I spent weeks volunteering at a local orphanage and spent every day with the children there. I have spent the last two years of my life working in Montana as a youth counselor at an emergency Children's shelter primarily working with children suffering from PTSD. A few of the trainings I completed through this non profit were: medication management, Suicide prevention in youth, MANDT, identifying and responding to child abuse/neglect, and recognizing signs of human trafficking. I have worked a lot with children with ADHD and autism. I have learned so much, and want to continue learning and gaining experience in this space. I am looking for a family who needs help with childcare, errands etc. I just moved to town, and have flexibility. I'm just looking for the right family. I look forward to connecting!
