About Charlotte

I'm passionate about helping children thrive and families thrive. As an Assistant Director and Early Childhood Educator, I have experience in leadership, curriculum planning, child development, classroom management, behavior guidance, staff mentoring, family engagement, implementing evidence-based practices that support children's social emotional growth, and building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. I strive to create safe, engaging, and nurturing environments where children can learn, grow, and feel supported while teaching and leading with intention, compassion, creativity, organization, and teamwork. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, caring for my houseplants, hiking, camping, creating art and crafts, or enjoying the outdoors with my boyfriend of eight years. We have 2 dogs that are always ready to join in any adventure. I believe in lifelong learning, meaningful connections, kindness, and making a positive impact in both my career and everyday life
