Hello! My name is Shanna, and I am a Retired Registered Nurse with experience caring for children from infancy through adolescence. My nursing background includes pediatric care for patients up to 18 years of age, providing a strong foundation in child development, safety, health monitoring, and age-appropriate care. I have also helped raise two active children and understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. I am dependable, patient, organized, and skilled at managing schedules, transportation, homework support, meal preparation, and daily routines. I love reading with children and encouraging learning through play. I am also a strong swimmer and enjoy outdoor activities such as basketball, bike riding, and nature walks.
