She has an incredible ability to gently guide their energy into productive and fun activities, turning potential chaos into creative play. Charlotte listens, plays, and understands how to navigate the unique dynamics of three lively siblings. My boys adore her, and I always return home to a happy, well-cared-for, and often, surprisingly tidy house! If you're looking for a babysitter who is not only responsible and reliable but also possesses that rare gift of calmness in the face of high-energy children, then I would hire Charlotte.
