About Charlotte

Hi! I'm Charlotte, a 20-year-old nanny with hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, and twins. I'm patient, nurturing, and love creating fun, safe routines that help little ones learn and grow. I like working with kids because they bring so much joy, honesty, and imagination everyday. It's so rewarding to watch them learn new things, gain confidence, and grow into their own personalities. I started working with kids when I was 14, I became the neighborhood babysitter and got my first summer nanny job at 16! Starting young has helped me and my experience so much. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, and spend time with my family. My skills include self regulation, patience, and kindness. Kids can be hard there's no doubt about that, but if you have the skills to keep yourself regulated and patient, you're not afraid of the challenge!
