I've been working in senior care for 17+ year's mostly with Dementia Alzheimer resident's. I love hearing the different life stories and experiences background of the resident each resident's has a different life story there like puzzles and I love putting them together. I assist resident's with there Activity Of Daily Living while still maintaining the resident dignity, I assist resident's with meals and activities and companionship. I treat my residents the way I would want my parents and love ones to be treated it's not just a job for me I love what I do and I'm good at it and I love the relationships that I build with my residents and there family members. Every resident I take care of knows that there cared for and know that they matter sometimes all a resident needs is smile and a simple conversation to let them know there not alone and they matter.
