About Charlie

Hi! My name is Charlie, and I'm a dedicated childcare provider with over five years of experience. I have worked long-term with families providing care for children under the age of four. I pride myself on creating safe environments where children feel secure. What sets me apart is my background in the medical field. I am a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) with hands-on experience in pediatric care. As a medical intern, I worked directly with children aged 0-20, assisting with check-ups, vital signs, and diagnostic procedures. I hold current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and "Stop the Bleed" emergency response. I believe in maintaining open, respectful communication with families and adapting my caregiving style to meet each child's unique needs.
