I am a caring, dependable, and compassionate professional with a background in special education and teaching. I chose this field because I enjoy building meaningful relationships, working closely with families, and supporting people as they learn, grow, and develop. My teaching experience has taught me the importance of patience, flexibility, understanding, and recognizing each person's individual needs, strengths, and personality. I enjoy getting to know the people I work with and finding ways to encourage confidence, independence, and overall well-being. While my professional experience has primarily been in education, I am excited to bring those skills into caregiving. I would provide the same compassion, attentiveness, responsibility, and individualized support that I have developed throughout my career. I look forward to becoming someone families can trust and rely on.
