About Hamza

Hi! I'm Hamza, a caring, patient, and responsible childcare provider with professional experience working with children as a Behavior Technician (BT). I have experience supporting children with autism and different developmental and behavioral needs. My work has taught me how to manage challenging behaviors calmly, encourage communication and independence, follow structured routines, and create a safe and positive environment. I have a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a master's degree in Healthcare Informatics. I enjoy helping children learn, play, and grow. I'd describe my personality as Caring, Patient, Responsible. I enjoy working with children because I love helping them learn, grow, and become more independent. My experience as a Behavior Technician has taught me how to be patient, understanding, and supportive of each child's individual needs. I especially enjoy creating a safe, positive, and fun environment where children feel comfortable and supported.
