I have always loved working with children. I am the oldest of four children, I started baby-sitting when I was 14. I have nannied for two families (ages 2 to 12) I was with one family for five years and the other family for 1 year. I still have a great relationship with the kids and their parents. I absolutely loved being able to be a part of their lives and watching them grow. I am a freelance graphic designer and a professional photographer (I also do family photos) so most of my work is on the weekends or can be done at night, which leaves my week days open. I am more than willing to help out in any way I can: cook meals, do laundry/clean, and drive the kids to their activities (I have a car). Also, I think creativity is an important thing to encourage in children so I prefer to do crafts, play outside, or play with toys with kids rather than them watching TV or on electronics.
