About Charis

*note* I will be gone for the summer and will return August 12th. Hello! My name is Charis, and I am a senior at New College Franklin, a small Classical Christian Liberal Arts College, in Franklin, Tennessee. I have experience with infants through 5th graders. I love the way children look at the world, and I encourage them to be real kids. Children should spend a lot of time outdoors, and I love making it possible for them to do this. I also love reading aloud and am not a fan of using technology to keep them occupied, unless they're sick and it's necessary. I don't use my phone while babysitting unless it's an emergency. I have been helping care for children since I was in high school and have had a few nannying and babysitting jobs while in college. I'm comfortable with animals and am happy to help with cleaning or meal prep if you need it. I have my own vehicle and don't smoke. I am willing to provide references if you would like them :)
