About Chanel

Hi! My name is Chanel, and I bring over 5 years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to school-aged kids. I've worked as a nanny, caregiver, and a special education paraeducator, and I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can thrive. Throughout my career, I've supported more than 10+ families with specialized in-home care. I've also taught early childhood development classes at Gymboree Play & Music, where I led groups of up to 20 children, planning activities that support growth in language, motor, and social skills. My background also includes working closely with children with special needs, assisting with daily tasks, IEP goals, and using adaptive communication devices. I'm CPR, First Aid, and Seizure First Aid certified, and I'm comfortable managing routines, transportation, meal prep, playdates, and school activities.
