She is so sweet, caring and willing to help out. She wants open lines of communication to make sure you are happy with how she is taking care of your children. She is planning to go to school early 2020 for nursing. She is available full time till then and then isn't positive if she can do evening/night school. I only didn't move forward with her since I need a full time nanny for 1.5yrs+ and I want to make sure she focuses on her schooling. I would definitely recommend giving her a chance.
