Challie is an amazing babysitter for our boys and we have been using her for about a year and a half. She brings the energy, awareness, patience, and leadership skills that make me feel not only comfortable to have her watch our kids but extremely thankful that they have that type of presence in their life and especially at their young ages (2 and 4). She is always on time, can follow a schedule, and helps straighten toys up after the kids play with them. She doesn’t make it look like work when she cares for them- she goes out of her way to make them feel special bc she truly cares about them and about putting her best work in each visit.
