I've worked in childcare for roughly 3 years. I've worked with ages between 5m to 5yr olds but prefer ages 2-3. I'm patient and kind and very active with children. I'm hispanic and bilingual. I'm currently a college student working to get a degree in infant/toddler teaching. I've worked with special needs children before but did struggle, though it was due to lack of training I wasn't given at the time. I love all children and don't mind working with any, just need clear instructions and guidance and I think everything will work out wonderfully I'd describe my personality as bubbly, active and firm when needed I'm looking for a job that consists of proper communication, kindness, understanding and respect. As long as we're all on the same page, we should be okay! I started working with kids during the pandemic. I have always loved kids so I did small babysitting since I was 13. I got an actual daycare job at 19 and worked there for 3 years before leaving
