About Mallory

I am an 18-year-old who dreams of being a mom someday, and that dream plays a big role in how I show up as a caregiver. I am nurturing, attentive, and reliable, with a genuine love for children. Growing up with 8 siblings and having several nieces and nephews has given me strong caregiving instincts and years of hands-on experience. I've worked with children for a long time, including nannying a2-year-old boy while helping get his older siblings ready for school, as well as babysitting for many families. I am intentional in every interaction with children, taking the time to understand their personalities, emotions, and needs. My strengths include being highly present, patient, and detail-oriented. I'm great at maintaining routines, staying organized, and adapting to each child's unique needs. I focus on building kind, trusting relationships and creating a safe, loving environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and truly cared for.
