For the last 10 years, I've dedicated myself to supporting adults and seniors both in acute hospital and long term care, cherishing their well-being and independence. I'm also a registered nurse delegator with Washington state . My background as a Registered Nurse had equipped me with the skills to handle diverse care needs, including adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion. I am also CPR certified. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, prepare meals, and light housekeeping. I am compassionate, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and according to their preferred method. Respecting each person's independence and upholding dignity is paramount to me.
