In previous roles, I've had many positive experiences. I hold a college degree and am a Certified Nursing Assistant. I also have current CPR and First Aid certifications. My approach is patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I respect a care recipient's independence. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with care. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. I can assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
