About Catriona

I have a degree in Biology and Spanish from MU and currently work in clinical research for Michigan Medicine, along with 5 years of childcare experience. In addition to my academic and professional background I have a unique level of patience, empathy, and adaptability to tutoring. Having been diagnosed with ADHD in high school I have developed effective strategies to stay focused, motivated, and engaged with challenging material. These skills allowed me to graduated college with a 3. 7 GPA in an academically challenging degree challenging field and pursue post graduate education. I fully understand how alienating it can feel to struggle in school and like to learn differently. I can work with your child to overcome their challenges and feel confident in their knowledge through individualized techniques that truly work for them.
