Empowering young learners to reach their full potential has been my primary focus for the past seven years. As a certified teacher experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and 504 plans, I cultivate an engaging, supportive, and patient environment for elementary students. I assess your child's unique learning style through active listening and observation, tailoring my approach with visual aids, hands-on activities, and practice problems. I keep students motivated by celebrating small successes and encouraging curiosity through interactive discussions. Open communication with families is essential to me, as it ensures we achieve the best outcomes together. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills remains the most rewarding part of my work. I am comfortable with pets and happy to meet at your home, a library, or school.
