Hello! My name is Catelyn, and I am a 2025 graduate of the UM. During my time at UM, I worked as a nanny for a family in Coral Gables for three years. I recently moved back to the Miami area and am currently seeking a new childcare position. I am kind, resourceful, and proactive, and I enjoy supporting children in all aspects of their development. Whether that includes helping with homework, coordinating extracurricular activities, encouraging reading, or introducing new skills, I strive to create a positive and engaging environment. Cate was our nanny for two plus years for children now 7 and 9 (and dog). She is absolutely amazing and bonded really well with both kids. We trusted her to do everything with the kids, but most importantly she was extremely loving, sweet, gentle, and supportive of the children and their growth. Cate was also really good at setting boundaries with the kids also. She is very street smart and took initiative on a lot of activities and worked well with others (teachers, therapists, friends, trainers, neighbors). I highly recommend her. We love Cate very much and are still in touch with her.
