Catalina is a fantastic and experienced nanny for babies and small toddlers. We hired her after a referral from another family that worked with her. She's extremely professional and reliable. We are first-time parents. I don't know how we would've done the first year without Catalina's help and expertise. She guided us through everything from naps, nap transitions, starting solid foods, and developmental milestones. She worked with us from when our baby girl was four months old and I went back to work through when our baby girl was ready for daycare at a little over a year. She is one of those people that is natural with children. She is very affectionate to our baby girl in all the best ways. She's also used to working with moms who work from home and understood how to handle that dynamic. Can't recommend her enough.
