Hello my name is Pearl and I have been working with Children for over 10 years now, all ages! I enjoy watching as their developmental moments happen! I am dedicated to making a positive, lasting impact on your family. With 10 years of experience privately and in child care centers, I offer a patient, calm, and creative approach to childcare for children ages 0-11. My background includes a Child Development Associate (CDA) and NAFCC certification, which helps me provide high-quality care. I am comfortable following the families needs and household schedules. Communication is key! I love leading outdoor play, educational games, I am STEAM certified and can incorporate this skill in all age groups! I love helping children grow into the person they will become! I also hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications.
