I hands-on experience supporting individuals with special needs and navigating special education. I have experience with IEPs, therapies, behavioral and communication strategies, sensory needs, prompting, redirection, personal assistance, advocacy, and service coordination. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, dignity, and individualized support while helping individuals build confidence, independence, and meaningful skills.
