About Cassie

I earned my Bachelors degree in Communication Disorders & Sciences in The College of Education at UO in 2022. While in school I was a nanny, which I continued to do for about a year. I now work in ABA Therapy, which helps support children on the spectrum to be as independent with their daily living skills as much as possible. This includes, but not limited to; assistance with homework and table work tasks like handwriting; self regulation such as, teaching them to trace their hands or take breaths when feeling escalated; working on safety skills; working on listener responding, and so much more. I'm adaptable, compassionate, and understanding that ever child's demeanor in different. I always strive to use the best strategies for cultivating a positive space that supports the child, catering to them and the specific needs and wants they have.
