I cannot say enough positive things about Cassidy! In addition to being our full time nanny for over two years she helped us as a night nurse when we all needed some extra sleep :) and she was instrumental in helping us develop good sleep habits for both my babies. Sleep training can be super intimidating but she worked with us to create a system that we felt confident in and assured that it was best for our family. Both my kids were sleeping on their own by 12 weeks thanks to her support! They both love their cribs and are the best sleepers now! It was the best decision hiring her!
