I am a grad student at USM, looking to nanny in my free time! I am a trained midwife, yoga teacher, and postpartum doula. I have a lot of newborn care experience, as well as a range of other ages, and I also have experience working with children with special needs and/or disabilities. I have been babysitting and nannying since I was 12 years old, and I absolutely love being outdoors, cooking, making art, and doing yoga with children and youth! Cassandra is not only capable in the logistical and practical sense -- punctual, polite, generous, and knowledgeable -- she is also an intuitive and kind individual who truly cares for how children feel. She took care of both our daughters (and let's be honest, us as new parents!) at varying stages from infancy to age 7 and handled daily life with them beautifully, providing meals, transportation, and attending activities within our community. As a midwife, she also has a breadth of knowledge that was extremely helpful when our children were young. We feel lucky to have known her and for her presence in our children's lives.
