She has bonded incredibly well with our 2 1/2-year-old and has been adaptable as we’ve asked her to watch our kids on various different days with different schedules, sometimes with just the infant, sometimes with all three kids. She has been thoughtful about how she helps them, how she plays with them, feeding them, nap time, and all around has led by example. She has showed up on time each day, and is easy to communicate with.
