About Ayla

I'd describe my personality as kind, caring, and organized. I like working with kids because watching them grow and learn new things is extremely rewarding. I love any opportunity to be supportive and helpful. I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling and rewarding. I love helping others and making a difference in people's lives. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I babysat often and watching the little ones grow into the kids they are today was so fun. In my spare time, I like to be outside as much as possible. Camping, backpacking, hiking, and paddle boarding in the summer are staples. In the winter I love snowshoeing and snowmobiling or reading a book. One thing you should know about me is that I a very supportive of minimal screen time and would much rather be outside than in front of a TV. My skills include communication, active supervision, and creativity! I highly value communication not only with children but with the whole family.
