About Cassandra

I have over 10 years of experience working with children in school and home settings, including after-school programs, special education classrooms, and 1:1 behavioral support. For the past five years I worked as an RBT/Behavior Technician supporting children with autism and behavioral needs through ABA. I've worked directly with school districts, SDC classes, and families who need individualized care. I'm a mom of two (ages 7 and 8) and we're always active, doing hands-on learning, outings, and fun activities. I bring that same energy, routine, and patience to the kids I care for. I'm also currently attending school for Early Childhood Development to continue building my skills. I'm a great fit because I understand behavior, stay calm during tough moments, and create a positive environment where kids feel safe, supported, and confident. I care about helping children grow, not just supervising them.
