Hi! my name is Madi, and I would love the opportunity to support your family. I have over 5 years of experience working with kids, including infants, toddlers, school aged children, twins, and children on the autism spectrum. Each child is unique, and I strive to provide the individualized care and attention they deserve. In addition to my experience, I have completed several ECE courses, which have deepened my understanding of child development, learning styles, and positive guidance strategies. I use this knowledge daily to help foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. I truly love caring for little ones and being part of their growth and milestones. I approach every family with warmth, patience, and respect for their routines and parenting style.
