About Cassandra

I recently graduated Carleton college as a chemistry major with significant coursework in education and psychology. I have been working in a 2nd grade classroom as an instructional assistant and tutor for the past year and have experience babysitting a wide range of ages. I love doing art and being crafty. I am a certified yoga instructor, so I love to teach kids about yoga and the power of mindfulness! I also love being active and played club tennis and lacrosse in college. I'd describe my personality as organized, compassionate, and cheerful! I like working with kids because their passion and excitement for life inspires me to see the good in the world. I love hearing about their thoughts and learning from them. I also find it super rewarding to see them grow! I'm looking for a job that lets me get to know the kids and family. My skills include baking/cooking, cleaning, knitting, crafting, and driving. I am First-Aid, CPR, and AED certified.
