About Cassandra

I currently work as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a rehabilitation hospital, providing direct care to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and various medical conditions. My responsibilities included assisting patients with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other basic ADLs, while ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. I also worked closely with physical and occupational therapists by helping prepare patients for therapy sessions and supporting them with mobility, transfers. Throughout my role, I monitored patient needs, communicated changes to the nursing and therapy teams, and contributed to creating a clean, supportive environment that promoted patient progress and independence.
