With 17 years of experience and compassion I've dedicated myself to Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, I bring experience and heartfelt commitment to my role. My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of young adults and seniors, I am motivated by a desire to make a positive impact on their lives, I hold a college certificate in Case Management, my CPR and First Aid certifications are current, as a caregiver, I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I provide respite care, run errands, handle light housekeeping, prepare meals, assist with medication management, and offer mobility support. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities, I respect each care recipient's independence. Communication is key; I provide written daily reports and verbal updates, always following the family's preferred method. I look forward to bringing my skills and warmth to your family.
