We hired Cassandra to help us with our 3 month old for 3 days a week in the afternoons. She was an extension of our family for four months before moving to a different state and we miss her dearly! She's a very strong communicator and completely adhered to all our preferences (such as logging feedings and sleep in an app and texting us when she arrived instead of knocking). Our son fell in love with her and they had a very sweet bond. He had a hard time going down for naps on his own and she endured a lot of rocking and attempts to transfer him to the crib. That can be a frustrating experience but she never minded rocking him in the dark and we always celebrated successful transfers. She also house-sat for us for over a week taking care of our two small dogs. She left our house in impeccable shape as if she wasn't even there. She is a joy to have around and takes direction very well - you're lucky if you're able to bring her into your family.
