- Cary is well loved and greatly appreciated at the Elementary School From my observation at school. She has an incredible rapport with the staff and teachers as well as the students she was conferencing. The students always expressed how much they enjoyed their conferencing time with Cary and looked forward to the next sessions. She is also considerate of teachers' lesson plans and flexible with the school's schedule for special events. - Cary is a professional and supportive ELI to other ELIs in the district When a new directive from you or Cary was issued, Cary was always the first to help out those who struggled to understand or enforce the new policy. She also communicated with other ELIs to help them with Monthly Principal Report and Weekly Report due to the lack of knowledge in technology that many ELIs displayed when they first started.
