About Caryl

I am 24 years old and currently attending the University of Houston. I am originally from the Houston area and currently live Galveston.. I have been caring for children since I first entered high school and absolutely love it. All of my mom's friends came to me when they needed a sitter so my weekends, and sometimes weeknights were always filled with caring for children and I enjoyed every second. While in high school, I participated in a club that helped special needs' students and I also took two years of American Sign Language, so while I am not a fluent signer, I do know basic signs and can handle conversations as well as teaching young infants how to express their needs. The age range of children that I cared for varied from a few weeks old up to 8 years, however I prefer to work with 0-2 years. I love children and some of the best days of my life have been spent with kids I have cared for.
