Hey I'm a young and fun college student! I have a wide variety of interests from arts and crafts, video games, and getting outside. I Currently have an open and flexible schedule. I have been a youth worker and childcare provider professionally for 5 years. Easy to adapt to new situations to see kids shine and grow. Love to build personal relationships and genuinely care for all that I meet. I have 3 years experience/education with special needs. With focus on Autism and ADHD. I have provided in home care in ND the past two years. I'm patient and optimistic. I like to ensure independence by letting individuals preform tasks to their full ability and in how ever much time it takes them.
