About Carrie

Hello! My name is Carrie and I am a 20 year veteran in the field of Early Childhood Education. I am currently looking for only part time due to my health needs. I am currently unavailable as I have accepted a summer position, but will be available beginning September 10th, 2025. I have loved being a nanny and helping children grow and learn throughout my career. I approach each day with enthusiasm and creativity, observing children's play and interests, and then creating activities based on those observations. My goal is to understand each child individually, learning their strengths and weaknesses in order to help them achieve developmental goals. I believe it is vital to understand a child's physical and social-emotional needs in order to fully care for them and understand behavior patterns.
