About Carrie

I'm an early childhood specialist with over 30 years of experience working as a child advocate and teacher. I've also trained nannies in the past. I'm a trained Waldorf teacher as well and my approach focuses on gentle parenting, no screen time, and a strong emphasis on nature, consistency, community, and exploration. I'm also educated on Montessori and Reggio Emilio styles of Education I would also be available to be working in a nanny share if you found someone else that was interested. I believe infants thrive with a simple, loving structure that includes plenty of singing, play, and opportunities to explore their environment. I've been specializing in infant care for the past six years and have recently taken additional classes to stay up to date.
